British Morris Bofors C9/B 40mm anti-aircraft artillery truck
This is a self-propelled anti-aircraft artillery vehicle based on the C8 quad artillery tow vehicle developed by Maurice.
It entered production in 1943 and was operated to protect convoys and supply convoys from air raids.
The chassis is longer than that of the C8, the cabin is open so as not to interfere with the gun, and the handle is foldable.
Jacks were installed in four locations to stabilize the vehicle during bombardment.
By 1945, 1,680 units were produced and widely deployed as air defense vehicles for field units.
