This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
Airfix brings us the first-ever 1/35-scale model kit of the Alvis FV603 Saracen Mk.5 six-wheeled armored personnel carrier! Capable of transporting two crew members and nine soldiers, this vehicle was adopted by various military and police forces after its mass production began in 1952, and it saw service in conflicts such as the Malayan Emergency. The Mk.5 version, equipped with additional armor, was widely used for security duties in tense regions such as Northern Ireland. This kit features a fully detailed interior, reproducing the driver's and commander's seats as well as the troop benches. The doors and hatches can be assembled in either open or closed positions. The complex suspension system is also accurately reproduced. Decals for three versions are included, allowing you to reproduce prototypes and police-deployed vehicles. Place your order today!
