Description
This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
From the Czech manufacturer Special Hobby comes a new 1/32 scale injection kit: Hawker Tempest Mk.V "V-1 Interceptor."
This kit includes markings for four aircraft that participated in "Operation Diver" (the RAF's V-1 flying bomb interception missions). Newly designed 3D-printed parts reproduce the range-finding radar system and antenna equipped on aircraft number EJ558.
New 3D-printed parts included.
Some aircraft of No.501 Squadron RAF were fitted with the "Monica" early warning radar-originally installed on bombers-repurposed as a night interception range-finding radar. Marking A (EJ558) represents one of these radar-equipped aircraft.
