This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
Reissue of the Matchbox Spitfire Mk.22/24 by Revell. An older kit, to be sure, but one that still holds up well, and easily the best 1/32 Spit 22/24 available! Okay, so it is the only 1/32 Spit 22/24 available -- but it is still a nice kit! Features include recessed panel lines, detailed engine, gun bay, cockpit and landing gear, seated pilot figure and sliding canopy. Decals are all-new, filling up a massive sheet and giving us three options: PK555 "K" of No. 73 Sq. on Malta in 1948, PK596 "RAT L" of no. 613 "City of Manchester" Sq., Royal Auxiliary Air Force in 1949, and VN489 "A W2" of No. 80 Sq., Hong Kong in 1951.
