Description

This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.

The Spad VII fighter biplane was fast, had a high dive capability, and was sturdy, but pilots at the time emphasized turnability, so it was considered heavy and dull. However, with the introduction of hit-and-run tactics, it became the main force of the French Army. The Spad XIII is an enlarged and upgraded version of the VII, with an enhanced engine and a modified airfoil. It first appeared in 1917, and was operated in many countries after the war.

This model kit from Roden includes decals for three aircraft flown by World War I aces: Frank Luke, Eddie Rickenbacker, and Charles Nurgesser. Order yours today!
