This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
Limited reissue of the William Brothers Models 1/32 scale F9C kit. The Sparrowhawk was one of the more unique aircraft of the 1930s: a fighter/observation aircraft designed and built solely for use with US Navy dirigibles, the "flying aircraft carriers" Akron and Macon.
