The Batsuit in this film was made of thick rubber, and the mask was integrated into the suit all the way to the shoulders and chest, resulting in very little range of motion. A variety of gimmicks and replacement parts enrich the display -- for example, the fabric cloak has a rich texture and can be freely moved.
