This is an injection-plastic racing car model kit.
The Toyota Celica appeared in 1970 as Japan's first specialty car. Following an update in 1978, the Celica gained a higher-grade version known as XX. The 1982 version of the XX appeared as a marshall's car at the F1 Long Beach Grand Prix in California that year. T his car is equipped with a BAE turbocharger and produces a maximum output of 230 horsepower.
Originally released in 1983, this model kit carefully reproduces the Celica's characteristic sharp wedge form, with the overfender and roof spoiler as separate parts. The rotating light on the roof is made with plated and transparent parts, and the retractable headlights can be opened and closed with a touch. The detail on the underside of the chassis is fully represented, and the left-hand drive is easy to make with a reduced number of parts. The wheels are plated, and the front wheels can be steered; a driver figure is also included. Order yours today!
