The BF-003 Fieseler Fi-156 Storch was a multipurpose aircraft developed by Fieseler, and nicknamed "Stork" due to its long landing gear and large wings. It had excellent short-range takeoff and landing performance, was operated by the German Air Force for reconnaissance and communication during World War II, and was produced as a private aircraft in countries other than Germany until the 1950s.
