1/24 KPGC10 Skyline GT-R 4dr w/Photo-Etched Parts

by Aoshima
$11.65 USD $14.56 USD

This is an injection-plastic passenger car kit.

The Skyline was Japan's first real performance car, beginning life in 1966 under the "Prince" corporation (which was subsequently subsumed by Nissan). The 1969 Skyline 2000 GT-R was nicknamed "Hakosuka", and remains incredibly popular today among Skyline enthusiasts. With its 4-valve twin-cam motor and sleek styling, it blew past competitors such as Alfa Romeo and Porsche, fueling Japan's national pride. Aoshima's kit reproduces this marvellous performance vehicle with superb detail, including a small fret of photo-etched emblems for the front, side and rear of the car. Springs for suspension are included as well, as are rubber tires and screws for secure assembly. All in all a nice, simple kit honouring one of Japan's most famous vehicles!
