This is a sheet of water-slide decals, dry transfers, or self-adhesive stickers for use in detailing anime or science-fiction kits.
By popular demand, Kotobukiya releases a set of eye decals for their "Real Face" type Governors from the "HexaGear" lineup! Each group of decals comes with three sets of eyes: front, right and left; different color versions with different eyebrows are also included, as are spares.
