This is an injection-plastic racing car model kit.

After bringing 4WD technology to the world of rallying and showing its overwhelming power, Audi next aimed to challenge 4WD in circuit racing. The machine, developed based on the four-door sedan A4 Quattro, debuted in Class 2 touring car racing in 1995. In 1996, it also participated in the British BTCC. The engine was a two-liter inline four-cylinder that produced over 300 horsepower and was mounted vertically. Power was transmitted to all four wheels b y a quattro system via a six-speed sequential gearbox. The 4WD A4 won the BTCC championship in 1996, despite being given a 100kg weight handicap compared to 2WD machines. In addition, in 1998, it participated in the German Super Touring Championship, demonstrating the effectiveness of 4WD even in races on circuit courses with paved roads.
