This is an injection-plastic ship model kit.

This model kit set from Waltersons allows you to display the history of the F-14 on a replica of an aircraft carrier deck! Each kit in the set includes a complete model of the F-14 Tomcat and a display base that reproduces part of the flight deck of the CVN-65 Enterprise! The display bases can be fit together like a puzzle, resulting in a deck with a total length of 170cm! The bases can also be disassembled from each other. Each deck part is painted. The jet blast deflector part of the catapult features two interchangeable parts: one for deployment and one when it's stored, and either one can be replaced. The bridge section is an assembly type with pre-painted parts that do not require glue; the upper part screws into place, and can be removed after completion if you wish. Each kit except the bridge section has a complete model of an F-14 Tomcat, with different squadron markings included in each one. The colorful markings on the tails are reproduced with tampo printing, and the Tomcat's wings are also movable.
