The Fiat 131 Abalt Rally is a masterpiece FR (front engine / rear drive) machine that made its debut in the World Rally Championship in 1976, and won three championships in 1977, 1978 and 1980.The base is the 131 Mirafiori, a somewhat boxy sedan that was one of Fiat's representative family cars at that time. The person in charge was the famous Italian tuner Abarth. The 1995cc in-line four-cylinder DOHC four-valve engine produces a maximum output of 215 horsepower, the suspension was modified to a MacPherson strut 4-wheel independent suspension, and both front and rear were equipped with powerful ventilated disc brakes.
