This is a completed plastic or die-cast motorcycle model for display.

Get on your own mission (from God!) and buy this 1/18 diecast Bluesmobile (a '74 Dodge Monaco sedan), complete with wear and tear, painted-over police markings, and an enormous speaker! You'll need to set the speaker on the roof of the car (a simple procedure with pegs and holes), but otherwise this is a completed display model. Alas, no John Belushi or Dan Aykroyd included! The car can be removed from its included base if you so desire. Made of diecast metal, so it's quite heavy in this scale!
