This is an injection-plastic racing car model kit.

The model is a 1/16th scale model of Richard Petty's favorite car, the number 43 Charger, which won the 1973 Daytona 500, with a finished length of approximately 32cm. The chassis, suspension, cockpit, engine, and other details have been precisely reproduced, and the kit is full of the fun that only a large scale model can provide. The height of the rear leaf springs can be adjusted by selecting the mounting position. The engine, a V8, is reproduced in detail down to the various auxiliary equipment. Valve cover parts for the right bank of the engine include transparent parts. The rocker arm parts are reproduced inside, so it is fun to choose the transparent parts to see them. Cords, wiring, piping and oil lines are also reproduced with several different thicknesses of pipes and cords.
