Description
This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
The M5 light tank is an improved version of the M3 light tank -- originally developed in the United States -- that was used by Allied forces during World War II. While the British Army gave the nickname "Stuart" to the Lend-Lease M3 light tanks, they designed the M5 as the "Stuart VI" to distinguish it from the M3.
The British Army employed the M5 exclusively as a reconnaissance vehicle rather than for anti-tank combat; some vehicles had their turrets removed to reduce weight, thereby increasing speed and operational range, and were designated as Stuart Recce Tanks.
This 1/16-scale model kit from Classy Hobby includes decals, clear parts, and photo-etched parts; the tracks are workable (assembly required). Order yours today!
