Description
This is an injection-plastic ship model kit.
This very snazzy German Type VII-C U-Boat (U-581) dives and surfaces automatically when completed! The kit is molded in color and includes decals, weights, rubber seals to keep the batteries dry, a Mabuchi 280 motor, and all the necessary wiring. You must provide two C cell batteries and put the whole thing together! Instructions are in Japanese and English. A stand is included. Due to the operational mechanics of this model, it's not a very good scale model at all, as the proportions are all out of whack and the detail is very sparse and soft...but it sure makes up for all of that with a big ol' heapin' helpin' of FUN!
