Latest Reiwa-era 2000 Series & Nostalgic 30 Series now available in the Train Collection!

Enshu Railway, founded in 1943, operates railway and bus services centered around Hamamatsu City in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Its sole railway line, the Nishi-Kajima Line, spans 17.8 km from Shin-Hamamatsu Station to Nishi-Kajima Station, where it connects with the Tenryu Hamanako Railway.

As of 2024, all trains operating on this line are original models specially ordered by the company.
The 2000 Series has been in operation since 1999, and in September 2024, the newest 2009 formation joined the fleet, bringing the total to nine active sets.
The 30 Series, first manufactured in 1958, debuted in an all-red livery. Notably, the MoHa 25 - KuHa 85 formation, which used a traditional gear-drive system, was equipped with air conditioning from its construction in 1978.
