To commemorate its 20th anniversary, Kintetsu Bus has released a model of its nostalgic color scheme featuring the revival of its classic livery.

Kintetsu Bus Co., Ltd. started operations after acquiring the bus business from Kinki Nippon Railway Co., Ltd. and reached its 20th anniversary on October 1, 2019. To mark this milestone, the company launched buses with a revived design livery.

The bus design is inspired by the style used by the Kinki Nippon Railway Co., Ltd. between 1947 and the 1990s, characterized by a cream-colored base with dark red accents. The buses are stationed at the Fushie, Inada, Hiraoka, Torikai, Matsubara, and Yao depots, with one bus at each location, totaling six vehicles.
