Keisei Bus operates mainly in the eastern part of Tokyo's 23 wards, including Katsushika and Edogawa wards, and Chiba Prefecture, serving mainly stations on the JR Sobu and Keisei lines.
It is also the operator of a number of airport connecting buses from central Tokyo and other parts of the Kanto region to Narita Airport.
In October 2003, the company took over from Keisei Electric Railway Automobile Business and began operating as Keisei Bus Company, celebrating its 20th anniversary in October 2023.
This product focuses on three Hino Blue Ribbon models, which are the mainstay models of Keisei buses: a Hino Blue Ribbon HT/HU long three-door car belonging to the Funabashi Sales Office Akanehama garage that was once active, a Hino Blue Ribbon City one-step car from the Kanamachi Sales Office days, and a Hino Blue Hino Blue Ribbon II One-Step Car from the Naganuma Office (currently registered as a chartered car belonging to the Matsudo Office) will be made into a set.
