This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
Leopold is one of the huge train guns deployed by Germany. A total of 25 of the Krupp K5 train gun were produced between 1934 and 1945. The gun had a caliber of 28cm, a barrel 21.5meters long, and a rumored range of 64 kilometers! This massive weapon was deployed and operated in various locations throughout Europe. In 1944, two of these train guns, named Roberto and Leopold, were sent to Italy to repel the invasion of Anzio by the Allies. Both guns were eventually captured by the Allies.
This kit will be approximately 20cm long when completed, and it includes a rail and base for the embankment. Artillery crew figures are available (not included with this kit). The details of the gun body, gondola, front and rear bogies, steps and cranes, etc. are all carefully depicted. The kit is supplied in two colors: Panther Gray and Dark Yellow, so you can select which color to build it in. Order yours today!
