Description
This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
Trumpeter continues its 1/144 Bear family with the Tu-142MR Bear J. The 142MR is a maritime communications relay airplane. It is equipped with an underfuselage winch pod for a several kilometer long trailing wire antenna, and allows the central command center to communicate with strategic missile-carrying submarines. The kit features a detailed cockpit and landing gear, rotating props,recessed panel lines and lots of antennas. Markings are for Russian aircraft, with a large number of number decals being provided to allow you to mark the aircraft as you see fit.
