Description
This is a plastic display aircraft.
A partially preassembled, prepainted 1/144 scale model kit of the Kawasaki P-2J. The P-2J was a Japanese-developed variant of the venerable P-2 Neptune which had the big radial engines replaced with turboprops, the fuselage extended and the avionics and ASW gear upgraded to P-3 Orion standard to fill the gap between Japan's outdated P-2Hs and the arrival of P-3s for the JMSDF. One randomly selected piece from among six possibe JMSDF markings. Please note that the photos shown are of a prototype; the production version may vary.
