Description
This is an injection-plastic racing car model kit.
Big-scale kit of the 1973 M23. Tamiya released this kit back in the 1970s in the Texaco Marlboro version, too, but this is the only one they have re-released in any number of years due to name licensing issues. Kit includes metal springs, rubber wheels and tubing for the engine. Cowl and wheels removable after assembly. Front wheels are steerable. Includes markings for Mike Hailwood and David Hibbs' machines. Suspension works.
This new re-release (it's been 19 years!) includes a comprehensive set of photo-etched metal detail parts and decals by Cartograf.
