RAcaseal Elenor Ver. APSY from "Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst" returns to Kotobukiya's model-kit lineup! She created a sensation when she was originally released as a resin-cast kit at the summer 2003 version of Wonder Festival; Kotobukiya has produced her in a plastic that's closer to resin cast than PVC for a more authentic feel. In addition, the scale has been increased to 1/12, and her movement has been redesigned as well. Masaki Apsy has brushed up his own design, and she's molded in color so no painting is required; the distinctive section ID is reproduced with decals.
