Description
This is a resin-cast field gun model kit.
The matchlock rifle, a weapon that was more powerful than bows and arrows and capable of defeating distant enemies, was born in Europe in the 15th century. The matchlock was introduced to Japan in the early 16th century; Tori Factory now brings us a model kit of three of the most popular styles of this weapon that's been popular since the Warring States period! There's a small-cylinder matchlock (kozutsu) with a shape unique to Japan without a shoulder rest, a large-cylinder matchlock (ozutsu) with more power, and a short-cylinder version (tanzutsu) with improved portability. These models feature a wonderful attention to detail, and are a valuable tool for learning about the history of firearms; your 1/12-scale figures will be glad to use them as well! Three unassembled, unpainted guns as described above, one of each, are included; a powder flask and a ball pot case are also included. Order yours today!
