Modeled with a design reflecting elements of modern crossbows, including a mounting rail for a sighting scope, a footstrap to hold the crossbow in place by stepping on it when pulling the string, and pulleys attached to both ends of the bow to lighten the pull.

The string can be selected to be pulled or not pulled, depending on the part.
