Adapted from the Iron Studios website:
Floating over a pedestal of the debris of ancient ruins, Ikaris, the tactical leader of the immortal heroes' team flies into combat with his fists clenched and his stern countenance prepared to face the monstrous Deviants. A loyal soldier that is proud of following orders and accomplishing his mission, capable of using his cosmic energy to project powerful beams from his eyes, and capable of flying, soaring, and floating through air and the vacuum of space at hypersonic speeds, Ikaris is another of Iron Studios' fantastically detailed display statues from the Marvel Studios film "Eternals."
Portrayed by Richard Madden, Ikaris is totally dedicated to the Celestials' mission, capable of shooting cosmic energy from his eyes with lethal precision. In his mission, he developed a romantic relationship with his partner and confidant Sersi, eventually marrying her. Ikaris and Sersi loved each other deeply, living happily for more than five thousand years. Fighting against the Deviants in ancient Greece, Sprite created a story about Icarus, who died after getting too close to the sun; therefore, in Athens, Ikaris, just like Icarus, became a legend in Greek mythology. Due to his moral crisis and conflicting ideals, Ikaris left Sersi, re-encountering her with Spire centuries later in London, to gather the Eternals once more against the Deviants.
Iron Studios' collection of "Eternals" statues are fantastic when displayed together as a diorama set of the complete group, but they also perfectly work individually, representing your favorite character. Order Ikaris for your own collection today!
