Also called the Purple Pinwheel mushroom, this small fungus is very eye-catching with its brightly colored cap, and is part of a family of mushrooms that have the ability to shrivel up when it's dry and then revive during rainy weather. We meet her as a young girl in a neatly arranged kimono going for a walk in the forest; her parasol resembles her namesake mushroom with its distinctive gill structure, and the colors of the print on her kimono perfectly match her surroundings.
