Debuting at the 1963 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Aston Martin DB5 is a high-performance sports coupe featuring a Superleggera construction -an aluminum body over a tubular steel frame- and equipped with a lightweight 4.0-liter inline-6 DOHC engine. It achieved a top speed of over 240 km/h.
Later immortalized as James Bond's car in the 007 film series, the DB5 became an iconic symbol and remains one of the most popular models in the DB lineup.
