About 50 years ago, the British Army planned to develop a family of tracked armored cars called the CVR (T). This small armored car would make a revolutionary development in the field of armor reconnaissance. Until then, it was not thought that one vehicle could cover each of the attributes of mobility, speed, defense and firepower. However, the CVR (T) was able to achieve this by recombining and updating the car body for each mission, and it is still commissioned by the British Army. A decision has been made to update the CVR (T) to a new model in the next ten years, but surplus vehicles are planned to be transferred to other countries to hopefully form a common fighting vehicle group within NATO countries.

Each variation of the CVR (T) is explained in this book; in this second volume, the Striker, Spartan and Samaritan will be examined carefully using a large number of photographs.
