This item is an action toy, with some die-cast metal parts, of a science fiction/anime character or item. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
An HLJ Japan exclusive! Limited to only 1,000 pieces! When it comes to fighter planes that transform into two-legged 'bots, forget those '80s-come-latelys Valkyries and Transformers; Groizer X was the first! Conceived by Gosaku Ota for Dynamic Planning, under the supervision of super-robo sensei supreme Go Nagai, Groizer X blasted onto Japan's airwaves and manga pages in 1976. It later enjoyed broadcast in various other countries and languages; known as "Groyzer X" in Italy and "Wu-Di Tai Kong Chuan" in Singapore, its Portuguese version was "Pirata do Espaco" and Spanish was "El Justiciero," to name just a few.
Now Groizer X gets its due at last, launching Yamato's GN-U Hagane (in Japanese, "gun'yuu" means "rival chiefs," and "hagane" means "steel") line of transforming die-cast toys! Made of die-cast alloy, ABS, and PVC, Groizer X is one hefty handful of a bomber craft at 15.5cm long, and can be transformed with interchangeable parts into the 20cm-tall Groizer Robo. Included are its Flying Torpedo weapon, effect parts, landing gear, a display stand, and four mini-mecha: the G-Jet, G-Shark, G-Tank, and--seen only in the manga saga--the Red Dragonfly.
Something else seen only in the manga is the paint scheme on this Groizer X special limited release, with green replacing the anime version's dark blue. This eye-grabbing version is limited to only 1,000 pieces, and we're pleased and proud to be bringing it to you!
