This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

In modern conflicts, any and all vehicles can be used for military purposes. Local militia, paramilitary groups, and terrorists around the world often use normal civilian cars to move personnel, supplies, and weapons, and sometimes even as weapons themselves. And here’s one example of that!

For military modelers, there has always been a lack of civilian vehicles in 1/35 scale, but here Takom follows up on their recent 1/35 “German Civilian Vehicle” (BMW 323i) with this new release in the same scale: a “Japanese-Made SUV!” Now, we’re not saying it’s a Mitsubishi Pajero…but it’s a Mitsubishi Pajero. A second generation Pajero, to be exact…but you didn’t hear that from us. At any rate, it’s another fantastic kit of an often-seen type in the Middle East and other hotbeds of conflict. The highly detailed kit features rolling wheels, front wheels that are steerable, clear parts, decals, and a figure of what appears to be a female militia member wearing fatigues and a hijab.

Perfect for modern military dioramas, the model can also of course be built as a regular shiny civilian SUV…the choice is yours!
