This is Tamiya's veteran KV-I kit with the welcome addition of a set of pre-assembled metal tracks with metal drive sprockets and a turned aluminum main gun barrel. Includes extra track links and track pins in case you want to adjust the track tension. Although no manufacturer is indicated on the packaging, these tracks are labeled as made in Hungary, and bear a striking resemblance to the excellent tracks made by Friulmodel, also made in Hungary, so...you do the math. The KV-I kit itself is the same as kit #35066, originally released in 1975 but still showing great detail and accuracy. Before, the weakest point of this old kit was the tracks--but with the beautiful metal set included here, that's more than taken care of! The old, detail-on-one-side-only vinyl belt tracks are also included. Base as shown in photo is not included.
