Tamiya stuns Allied aircraft fans with this all-new super-detailed Spitfire Mark IXc in whopping 1/32 scale! The kit features amazing detail inside and out, with a fully detailed Rolls-Royce Merlin engine that you can inspect after assembly thanks to a clever system of magnets for the engine cowl panels (the cowl panels themselves are an amazing 0.4mm thin!). Includes two types of rudders and elevators, your choice of normal wings or clipped wings, a highly detailed cockpit, and a display stand to depict it in flight. The landing gear can be swapped out after assembly to depict it gear-up or gear-down. Photo-etched detail parts are also included, as are seated and standing pilot figures. Three marking options are provided: Johnnie Johnson's "JE J"; "ZX 6" of 145 (Polish) Squadron in Tunisia; and "P" of GC1/4 "Dauphine", French Air Force at Nha-Trang in 1948. Includes exploded-view pictorial-type instructions, with some notes in English, Japanese, French, and German.
