This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Out of all the resin kits and completed statues of Sonsaku Hakufu, this is the only version of her that I've seen so far that is dressed in a decent casual wear without any part of her clothing being torn off or even slightly revealing. This is a beautiful completed cold cast statue of her in a sky blue dress and comes with a cowboy hat.
