Product Description

This item is a resin and white metal ship model kit.

Yankee Modelworks of the US is a maker of fine full resin kits, resin conversion kits, resin detail sets, and photo-etched metal detail sets.

This highly detailed full-hull full resin kit of the heavy cruiser Chikuma depicts the IJN Tone class class heavy cruiser as it appeared in 1942. Includes a comprehensive photo-etch metal detail set with railings, cranes, catapults, radars etc. Small parts such as gun barrels, ammo boxes, anchors, life rafts etc. are molded in white metal. Decals included. Stand not included.
