This is an action toy, with some die-cast metal parts, of a science fiction/anime character or item.
A super full-action die-cast model of Shield Liger from the Zoids TV anime! The model by itself weighs in at 1.8 kilograms, and measures 24cm long...a bruiser! Fully assembled and fully finished.
