Despite its minor role in the "Macross" series, the Destroid Defender and other Destroid 'bots are on many fans' wish lists for 1/60-scale action toys to accompany their Valkyries. Now we have Yamato to thank for this highly detailed offering of the Destroid Defender! This 18cm toy truly does justice to the anti-air defense robot, featureing a movable main camera that slides up and down, and magazines on its shoulders that can be replaced with the included long-type magazines. The cockpit hatch can be opened, and a sitting pilot is included to man the mech. Two in-scale crew members and a sheet of marking stickers are also provided. A dream come true for fans of the series!
