The 2003-released 1/48-scale VF-1J Hikaru is now offered with a special coat of weathered finish for extra realism! This large-scale, highly detailed toy can switch between its Fighter, Gerwalk, and Battroid modes, and measures at an impressive 30cm in length when in Fighter mode. Fingers are articulated, and four optional fixed-pose hands are provided as well. Armaments include four missile pods, four anti-ground missiles, and a gunpod. An in-scale sitting-pose Hikaru pilot figure is packed with the Valkyrie for placing him inside the cockpit. Marking stickers are also provided for adding custom detail to the variable Valkyrie. This limited-edition item was originally released in September 2009 through Yamato Online Shop.
