This item is a tool for use in model assembly. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
Simple two-part plastic tray and a "lifter" makes working with decals easy! The inner tray has a grated bottom, to allow water to drain through when you lift it out; the lifter (it looks like a comb) will lift up an individual decal and allow you to slide it into place on the model.
