This is a fixed-pose model of a science-fiction/anime item.
Very nicely-done prepainted PVC figure of the "Buster Machine Dix-Neuf" (that last is French for "nineteen"), from "Aim for the Top 2". This is not an action figure, but a completed, fixed pose display model. It stands about 15 cm tall.
