This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Red-hot redhead Yoko from "Gurren Lagann" is getting ready to hit the beach! She's removed her shorts (they're dangling from her right hand) and her belt, and while she's still wearing her stockings and one glove, she'll shed them soon--the water is calling! Posed on a "sand"-look base, Yoko stands about 20cm tall to the top of her hair-chopsticks.
