This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

Completed and painted PVC figure of the "XX" version of the angel Zeruel, an interesting new concept by Wave. Comes with a display base and lots of facetious "hazard" warnings on the box. The figure measures about 12 cm tall.
