A very nice, limited-run kit of the Yak-7V two-seat trainer. This is a multimedia kit, with the main parts in injection plastic, incuding the canopy (a vacuformed canopy is also included), resin cockpit sidewalls, aft cockpit parts, wheels, and skis, and photo-etched parts for the instrument panel, seatbelts, radiator faces, and rudder pedals. Decals are for two aircraft: a ski-equipped Russian Flight Training school aircraft, and a wheeled trainer used by the French Normandie-Nieman unit. This looks to be a good, relatively simple kit of an important Russian type.
