This item is an aircraft model kit assembled from parts made of wood, white metal, photo-etched metal and possibly other materials. Cement is required, but no painting is necessary.
A remarkable all-brass structural model of the Savoia S.21 as it appeared in the popular animated film Porco Rosso (a.k.a. "The Crimson Pig" or "Kurenai no Buta"). There is no skin on the aircraft -- you get just the ribs, spars, etc. Instructions are well-illustrated, but in Japanese only, so you should have some good Modelling background before attempting this kit. A beautiful conversation starter once competed!
