This item is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit. 227 parts. 31cm long when completed. Click here for sizing chart.
A big and incredibly detailed kit of the SBD Dauntless. Includes a phenomenally detailed cockpit, fantastic engine assembly with mounts and all the related gear under the cowl, open dive brakes and optional position canopies. It looks like some minor modifications will be needed to close the dive brakes. Decals are for a wartime aircraft of VMSB-241 and a colorful pre-war "yellow-wing" 2-MB-1 of MAG-11.
