1/72 Tu-22M2 Backfire B Strategic Bomber

Put down those Italian-made kits--Trumpeter has stepped up to the plate with an all-new Backfire. All the detail for which Trumpeter is known, including complete cockpits that can be exposed by posing the overhead hatches open, detailed landing gear and bays, and a full weapons bay loaded with six Kh-15 missiles. All the flight control surfaces are provided as separate parts, enabling you to choose the positions. Weapons options are given in the form of the previously mentioned Kh-15 missiles in the weapons bay, 18 FAB-250 bombs on external multiple-ejector rack, and two massive Kh-22N nuclear-tipped anti-ship missiles. Decals are given for two Russian aircraft, "56" and "81."
