Trumpeter follows up their well-received Gannet AS with this T model. As before, the kit features flaps that can be assembled in the lowered positions, detailed landing gear and wheel wells, a level of detail in the cockpits that is certainly acceptable for the scale - plus British cockpits of the period were all black, so not much would be visible in any event. New parts are included for the Instructor's cockpit, fuselage side fairings and to cover the hole where the radar was on the AS model. Three marking options are included: s/n XG888, BY-770 of 849 HFG; s/n XA515, no. 24 of the Empire Test Pilots School (so they flew Gannets before getting their TIEs?); and UA+99 of MFG3, West German Navy. Wingspan 188mm, length 229mm, 100 pieces.
